We were set a challenge to make a pair of binoculars. We had to plan, make and review our binoculars.
Firstly we looked at real binoculars and toy binoculars and we discussed their special features. We went outside and looked at the world around us using the binoculars.
Next we had to plan and design our binoculars. Then we used junk materials, glue, masking tape and different decorations to make the binoculars. After lunch time we looked at all the different designs and discussed what we enjoyed and how we would change our designs if we made them again. Finally we went outside and used our binoculars.
We had the best technology day! We worked so hard and Miss White and Mrs Elliott were so impressed with what we made. Look at all our photos and see what a wonderful day we had.
