To celebrate the wonderful world of books and reading we dressed up and came to school as a character or wearing our pj’s and onesies. We took part in a special circle-time and we talked about our favourite books and where in the world would we love to read a book. We drew the front cover of our favourite book too. Mr Murphy’s World Book Day competition this year was to design a potato as a character from a book. We were amazed and blown away by the effort made by everyone and also the creative designs presented before us all.
