P4 had great fun observing signs of autumn around their school. First they had to look carefully at lots of leaves. Working in groups they took a photo of all the different leaves. They had a leaf identification chart to help them name the trees. After finding leaves and naming the trees P4 searched for the acorns, winged nuts, ash keys and berries. Finally they got to pick a lovely red juicy apple from our apple trees. Everyone had a busy and very enjoyable morning.
