As part of our Art Project, Ann the artist asked P5 to research modern and traditional ways of preserving food. No Google allowed! We were asked to speak to family and friends about their experiences. We learned so much! We then experimented in class with using these ideas (and some of our own) to preserve the skins of fruit and vegetables. What wonderful ideas P5s came up with!
