P6 have been exploring the science behind static electricity. They discovered that they could give a balloon a negative charge by the act of rubbing it on fabric or hair. It could then attract or ‘lift’ small, light objects such as pieces of paper or polystyrene particles and even human hair!
The results were literally hair-raising and ‘hairlarious’ as you can see.....
