We spent a fabulous day with St Francis in Slieve Gullion last week. We made wonderful pieces of art using natural materials, sketched the magnificent landscape and took part in a time of ‘forest bathing’, using all our senses to explore the surrounding environment. The best part though, was playing with our friends in the park!
