It was a favourite day in the Primary 2 classroom today. It was Pancake Tuesday and we all got involved in making the batter and cooking the pancakes. We followed Miss Whites Mums recipe and we used soda bread flour, buttermilk, eggs and sugar to make the mixture. We all used the electric whisk, we poured the batter into the pan and we watched for the bubbles to appear before flipping the pancakes over. We had lots of different toppings to just make the pancakes extra delicious 😋 🥞
