We were Winter dectectives and went on a Winter walk. We talked about the signs we saw. We wrote a report about Winter time and the changes in weather, clothes we wear, the animals on the farm and changes in nature.
We used chalk pastels and paint to create Winter scenes.
We pretended to be explorers and played in the cold lands. We went fishing, sledging and cooked on the fire. We created Winter wonderlands in the sand and water. We used construction toys to make an ice palace and a sleigh.
We had a lot fun with tabletop activities, games and jigsaws.
